Frequently asked questions
What are the delivery times? Most in-stock products ship within 24 to 72 working hours, delivered in Belgium. Custom-configured PCs require a few days of assembly and testing.
Do you deliver outside Belgium? Our core market is Belgium (delivery and pickup in Louvain-la-Neuve). For Luxembourg and the French border region, contact us for a quote.
How does the warranty work? All hardware is covered by the 2-year manufacturer warranty. After-sales is handled locally in Belgium: no returns abroad, repairs on site or in the workshop.
Can I trade in my old hardware? Yes. We take back your old SME fleet or personal hardware when you upgrade to a new equivalent. The estimate is free and non-binding.
Do you offer quotes for businesses? Of course. Via LPLG Pro, we draw up bundled quotes, leasing and fleet solutions for the self-employed, small businesses, SMEs and multi-site groups.
